PHILOSOPHY

Meet Your Market, LLC works with professional independent contractors, as well as in house staff to provide support on an individual needs basis. By using this philosophy Meet Your Market, LLC is able to reduce overhead expenses, thereby passing the savings on to you.

Some of our staff and independent contractors are:

PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGERS

Program or project managers are assigned to programs that require several events or projects for one customer. These individuals are senior level managers with over 10 years of professional experience in project management or who have achieved a master's certificate or certification in project management. For qualified clients, these professionals will be your primary point of contact.

PROJECT COORDINATORS

Each customer is assigned a project coordinator, unless the client qualifies for a program or a project manager, who is their primary point of contact through the entire program or project.

RESEARCH COORDINATORS

All projects and programs are assigned a research team to identify markets, perfect marketing lists, survey development, research, and analysis; and provide recommendations for maximizing marketing improvements to increase the "Return on Investment (ROI)" for the client. The Research Coordinators will work very closely with the project Coordinator to insure that the customer's goals and objectives are met.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS

Our Executive Assistants, as support to our clients and our staff, will find appropriate personnel to handle the immediate needs of the customer.

TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT

With the support of our strategic partners, Meet Your Market, LLC is in constant development of the newest greatest forms and uses of technology to make your event more profitable and user friendly to your potential market.

Jennie McNeill Campbell
CMP, CMM, PMP is the Founder and CEO of Meet Your Market, LLC.

Jennie's business background has many diversifications. For over 20 years she has been a biological illustrator, teacher, high school tennis coach, an entrepeneur specializing in the meetings industry, college ad hoc professor, and a program manager of large infrastructure technology projects. Jennie sets the vision and standards of Meet Your Market, LLC.

John H. Lange
Vice President of Operations

With over 15 years of experience in meeting and event management, John Lange brings to association meeting planners, corporations and event producers from around the world, the background to design and manage the perfect event or program.  John’s extensive knowledge of facility management, the association and meetings markets, coupled with his creativity, assures Meet Your Market’s clients a memorable and well executed event.  Prior to joining Meet Your Market, John spent 3 years in facility management with SMG at the Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena and prior to that was Director of Operations for Crescent City Consultants.

Karen Bass
Program Manager/ Technical Customer Support

With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Karen Bass brings new and fresh ideas in the area of marketing and customer relations.  As Program Manager of Technical and Customer Support Karen has the opportunity to use her sales and marketing experience to assist our customers with their technology and software needs.  She is the primary contact for all customer support issues ensuring that all questions and concerns are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.  Her superb ability to interact with customers is a great asset to Meet Your Market, LLC and an invaluable resource for our customers.

Paula Petelle
Director of Sales & Marketing

Paula Petelle is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Chicago with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing.  She started her career at IBM as a marketing associate.  For 20 years she has been the owner of two businesses.  Her most recent company specialized in peer to peer marketing programs for the healthcare industry.  Her most recent corporate position was VP of Operations and Marketing with a large continuing medical education company.  Paula is currently developing the Dallas market for Meet Your Market and MarketsMaster.  Paula is very active in her community in the Women’s Club, PTA and various other community associations.  She has held various positions in these organizations from Secretary to President.

Support Team: 

Meet Your Market’s team is comprised of research coordinators, executive assistants, technology support representatives, and sales associates.  Scope and requirements of a given project determine the number of part-time team members utilized and strategic alliances formed.
